Adam, originally from Minnetonka, Minnesota, graduated from Northwestern University in Chicago with degrees in Political Science and International Studies. Along the way, he studied at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in New York City. While in Brooklyn, he was active with the law school’s Pro Bono Project, assisting community non-profit entities with their legal needs. After law school, Adam felt the pull of the Bay Area and joined the California Bar. Having lived all over the East Bay, he settled in Alameda with his wife and their two children. He’s a barbecue enthusiast, enjoys basketball, soccer, and classic films, and revels in hiking the East Bay Hills with his kids — when they’ll agree. His approach to family law is to first understand a client’s individual situations, so a plan can be tailored to fit the client’s needs. Once a gameplan is developed, he assists his clients through
the legal process, finding the best way to resolve matters as amicably and efficiently as possible.
